Define: Splur

According to urbandictionary.com (2008), Splur is primarily used when there is nothing to say. It is commonly used in awkward elevator moments, when receiving dating proposals at funeral gatherings, and is also used to defend own self-respect in the company of your drunk uncle at a wedding.


Not to be confused with the words splunt, splurch, splurd and splurf which are obviously not as cool as the word 'splur'. In fact, the word splur is in a category of it's own according to Oxford's unofficial dictionary of imaginary meanings.
