Embark on a transformative journey with Kelli Workman as we delve into a three-dimensional approach to plank exercises. Uncover principles of alignment and awareness for a pain-free experience, focusing on improving endurance and full-body connection. Throughout the workshop, engage in plank assessments to pinpoint your optimal body positioning. Not all planks are alike; we’ll emphasize areas of strength and identify ways to increase that support base, as well as highlight areas of ease to help enhance fluid movement. We will also explore the intricacies of breath, understanding its role in helping you discover your embodied plank.
Workshop Learning Objectives
- New Awareness/Perspective: Gain a fresh perspective on planks, understanding them from a three-dimensional viewpoint.
- Tools for Assessment: Acquire practical tools to assess form, identify missed connections, and address over-recruitment or weaknesses.
