These are the two stages in life that I believe Pilates can be most impactful; setting the stage for a life of wellbeing\, and then maintaining that wellbeing as age takes its toll and the sun begins to set on life. These are also the two populations that we will ALL belong to during our lives.  \nThis workshop series will offer an overview of working with the aging population and give examples of useful repertoire on the full complement of Pilates apparatus\, including of course\, Mat\, as well as the F2 Chair and F2 Spine Corrector both manufactured exclusively by BASI Systems. \nThis will be offered as a series\, providing time in between meetings to absorb\, practice\, and assimilate the material.
